Group training sessions bring dancers together to build strength, stability, and endurance in a motivating team environment. These sessions focus on targeted exercises that support technique, injury prevention, and the power needed for stronger jumps, turns, and overall performance.

Combo & Choreography Classes
Combo and choreography classes focus on learning dynamic dance combinations while building performance quality, musicality, and confidence. These classes challenge dancers to apply technique, strength, and control through movement while developing their ability to pick up choreography and perform with intention.Combo class: $15 per dancer
